Step 1: Prepare the Pasta

- Cook the Stellini pasta in a large pot of salted water until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Make the Béchamel Sauce

Step 4: Assemble the Dish
- In a baking dish, layer half of the cooked pasta, followed by half of the meat mixture, and then half of the béchamel sauce.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining pasta, meat, and sauce.
Step 5: Bake
- Top with the grated mozzarella cheese, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
Step 6: Serve
- Let the dish rest for a few minutes after removing it from the oven.
- Serve warm and enjoy the comforting flavors reminiscent of home-cooked meals.
