Homemade Beef Lo Mein

Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if needed and stir-fry broccoli, bell pepper, snap peas, and onion until tender-crisp (about 4-5 minutes).
Add garlic and ginger, and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
Return beef to the skillet, then add soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Stir to combine.
Add cooked noodles and toss everything together until well coated and heated through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with chopped green onions.
Delicious, quick, and homemade!
