Apple Pie Recipe with Frosting
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Spread the batter in a tart tin and prick the bottom with a fork.
Peel the apples, remove the seeds and cut them into thin slices.
Arrange the apple slices on the dough to form a nice pattern.
In a bowl, mix the sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, powdered cream and a pinch of cinnamon. Pour the mixture over the apples.
Bake for about 35-40 minutes, until the apples are well cooked and lightly browned.
For the icing, mix the icing sugar with the lemon juice until it has a smooth consistency.
Once the cake has cooled, add the icing on top.
