Chicken Subway Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:

Chicken Breast: 2 pieces, boneless and skinless

Salt: to taste

Black Pepper: to taste

Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon

Paprika: 1 teaspoon

Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons

Subway-style Bread: 2 long rolls

Mayonnaise: 4 tablespoons

Mustard: 2 tablespoons

Lettuce: 2 cups, shredded

Tomato: 1 large, sliced

Cucumber: 1, sliced

Red Onion: 1/2, thinly sliced

Pickles: 1/2 cup, sliced

Cheddar Cheese: 4 slices

Avocado: 1, sliced (optional)

Jalapeños: sliced (optional)

Chipotle Sauce: 2 tablespoons (optional for a spicy kick)

Instructions:

Marinate the Chicken:

In a bowl, combine salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and coat them with the spice mixture. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
